New Soft Solution — newsoftsolution.com
Effective date: 14 July 2026
Applies to: newsoftsolution.com
1. Purpose of this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how New Soft Solution uses cookies and similar technologies on newsoftsolution.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It applies to the corporate website and not automatically to separate New Soft Solution products or platforms that publish their own cookie policies.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on or read from your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, device identifiers and scripts. These technologies can support website operation, remember choices, measure use, enable embedded content or support advertising and social-media functions.
3. Cookie categories
Category
Purpose
Consent approach
Strictly necessary
Security, network management, page navigation, form operation, session management, load balancing, fraud prevention and storing your cookie choice.
These may be used without consent where they are technically necessary for a service you request.
Preference / functional
Remembering language, interface, accessibility, chatbot or other optional preferences.
Used with consent where the function is not strictly necessary.
Analytics
Understanding traffic, pages used, errors, performance and general interaction so the website can be improved.
Used only after consent where required. A genuinely privacy-friendly analytics configuration may qualify for a limited legal exception.
Marketing / advertising
Measuring campaigns, building audiences, personalising advertisements or tracking users across websites.
Used only after prior consent.
Social media and embedded content
Displaying or enabling maps, videos, social feeds, share buttons, fonts or other content supplied by external providers.
Used after consent where the external content stores or accesses non-essential data.
4. Consent and cookie settings
When required by Dutch and EU law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are disabled until you make a choice through the cookie banner or settings panel. Refusing optional cookies must be as easy as accepting them, and optional categories must not be pre-selected.
You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link that should remain available in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal, but the relevant optional technologies should stop from that point onward.
The website may store a strictly necessary consent record containing your choice, timestamp, policy version and a pseudonymous identifier so that we can respect and demonstrate your preference.
5. Cookies we may use
The final cookie settings panel should display the current name, provider, purpose, category and lifetime of every cookie or similar technology actually deployed. The following register describes the expected categories but must be technically verified before publication:

Typical purpose
Typical duration

Website session and security technology
Maintains secure sessions, prevents misuse, supports forms and protects administrative or authorised areas.

Typically 6 to 12 months, subject to configuration.

Marketing / social media
Technical accuracy requirement
Do not publish a list of specific cookie names unless the website has been scanned in a clean browser before and after each consent choice. The banner configuration, actual scripts and this policy must match. New trackers should not be deployed until the policy and consent manager have been updated.
6. Third-party technologies
External providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser information, page URL and interaction data when their content or scripts are enabled. Depending on the provider and purpose, the provider may act as our processor, a joint controller or an independent controller. Its own privacy and cookie documentation will apply to processing it determines independently.
Potential third-party features include analytics, maps, video, web fonts, chatbot services and links or integrations relating to Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A social-media link that merely opens another website may not set a cookie before it is clicked, while an embedded social-media plugin may transmit data when the page loads. The technical implementation must therefore be checked.
7. International transfers
Some cookie or embedded-content providers may process data outside the EEA. Where New Soft Solution is responsible for such a transfer, we use a lawful GDPR transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Providers may also make independent transfer arrangements under their own privacy policies.
8. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and to clear website storage. Blocking all cookies may cause forms, security controls, preference storage, authorised areas or other website functions to operate incorrectly. Browser controls do not replace the website’s obligation to request consent where required.
9. Analytics
If analytics is enabled, we aim to use only the data reasonably necessary to understand and improve the website. Where consent is required, analytics will not load before consent. Where a privacy-friendly analytics exception is relied upon, the configuration must have only a negligible privacy impact and comply with the conditions applicable under Dutch law.
10. Chatbot cookies and local storage
A chatbot may use session storage or cookies to open the interface, maintain the current conversation, prevent abuse or remember that the user has dismissed the widget. Optional analytics or third-party AI functionality must not load before the relevant consent where consent is legally required. Chatbot messages are governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when website technologies, providers, cookie durations or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published with an updated date. Where required, we will ask for renewed consent, particularly when a new purpose or material new technology is introduced.
12. Contact
For questions about cookies or privacy, contact info@newsoftsolution.com or write to New Soft Solution, Fluitekruidweg 257, 1508 AG Zaandam, the Netherlands.
